Change Password

Note: If you or your group/role are not authorized to perform this function, the Change Password option is not displayed. 

Complete the following steps to change your password from within the portal:

  1. Select Change Password in the upper-right corner of the portal. The Change Password dialog box opens.
  2. Enter your [current password] as Old Password.
  3. Enter a [new password]. Your new password must meet the requirements configured for your organization's Provider Portal.
  4. Retype your [new password] to Confirm New Password.
  5. Select OK. A confirmation message is displayed.
  6. Select OK.
