The status identifies where an order is in the workflow. The status also indicates if the practice or hospital can act on the order and what action can be taken.
Note: Supported order statuses may vary according to order form type.
The following order statuses are supported in the application:

The controlling party canceled the order. |
Hold |
The practice has control of the order. The order has not been submitted and is in a saved state. |
Hold - For Approval |
The practice has control of the order and is awaiting approval before the order is submitted. |
In Process |
The hospital has control of the order. The practice has read-only privileges and cannot act on the order. |
Modified |
The order was modified. |
Order Filled |
The hospital filled and completed the order. Results are sent to the ordering-requesting practice. |
Ordered |
The order is submitted, but not yet filled. The hospital and practice can act on the order. |
Practice Action Requested |
The hospital returned the order to the practice for action. The practice has control of the order. The hospital has read-only privileges and cannot act on the order. |
Scheduled |
The hospital has control of the order. The practice has read-only privileges and cannot act on the order. |
