If you forget your password, you can reset it if you know the answers to your security questions. You can reset your password even if you locked your account by entering an incorrect password too many times.
Complete the following steps to reset your password:
- On the portal log-in page, enter your username in the Username box.
- Select Forgot Password. The Reset Password dialog box opens.
- Enter your answer to each security question in the corresponding box. Answers are not case-sensitive.
- Enter a new password in the New Password box.
- Enter the new password in the Confirm New Password box.
- Select OK to save your new password and close the dialog box. A confirmation message is displayed.
- Select OK to close the message.
