Save/Archive Secure Messages

Archive a secure message to move it from the Inbox tab or Sent tab and save it to the Archive tab in your Secure Message Inbox.

Archive Messages

1. From the Messaging menu, select Secure Message Inbox.
2. From either the Inbox or Sent tab, select the check box of the message to archive. Repeat until the check box of each intended message is selected.  
3. Click 
4. Click OK on the Archive confirmation message. The messages are moved to the Archive tab.
5. Select the Archive tab to see saved secure messages. 

Archive an Open Message

1. From the Messaging menu, select Secure Message Inbox.
2. From either the Inbox or Sent tab, click the intended  message subject. The secure message is displayed. 
3. Click Archive. 
4. Click OK on the Archive confirmation message. The message is moved to the Archive tab.
5. Select the Archive tab to see saved secure messages.
