On Demand Vitals Retrieval From Millennium Platform Implementations

The Patient Summary - Vitals Retrieval feature is available to users who are authorized to retrieve this data in both the Archive and Global views.

Overview

On Demand Vitals Retrieval is available in 9.1 and later releases. Provider Portal users can retrieve Vital measurements data from Oracle Health Millennium Platform electronic health records (EHR) taken for a patient in context. If more than one Millennium Platform instance is connected to the Provider Portal instance, the data from the multiple EHR instances is displayed in a consolidated view in chronological order. The patient's MRN and the Facility where the Vital measurements where charted are displayed for each date and time. To view this information, select the Vital Signs tab in the Patient Summary feature in the Archive and Global views. The retrieved data is temporarily displayed on the page and is not stored in the database.

The retrieved data consists of the following data: the grid column displays the vital sign name, sorted in alphabetic ascending order; the rows display the date description, then the time description.

You can filter data for a specific date, or you can view the most recent data.
