Copy Non-Practice Help
Select a Source Practice
From the Source Non-Practice Selection list, select the source practice that you want to use as the template to copy from.
Select the Roles
The Roles Selection list displays the available roles for the selected source practice. Use it to select one or more roles to copy to the new practice.
Complete the New Non-Practice Details
Complete the following details for the new practice:
- Enter the non-practice's Non-Practice Name.
- If the new non-practice's practice name resembles an existing practice's, a list of existing practices and address information is displayed. Close the Copy Practice form to avoid creating a duplicate practice.
- The system copies the Parent Group from the source non-practice group.
- The source practice's parent group is, by default, the parent group. Change the parent group if you want the new practice to be in a different group of practices. Child practices inherit the features of their parent group. As administrator with a role in a parent group inherits user administration and reporting details for the child practices.
- Complete the Address elements.
