Create Order From Patient Search

Note: The [Orders] label is configurable in the application. Other labels such as [Requests] can be used. For simplicity, [Orders] is used throughout the Help.

Complete the following steps to create an order for the patient after performing a patient search:

1. From the patient's row on the Patient Search page, select Actions > Create Order.
2. See the Create Order topic for the remaining steps.
